Kamal J. Haddad, CPA
Chief Executive Officer
Kamal J. Haddad, CPA, has an extensive background in accounting, finance,
marketing and overall managerial expertise. Mr. Haddad's background includes audit, tax,
business start-ups and due diligence experience for Coopers & Lybrand as well as in his
own private practice and personal business ventures for 18 years. Most recently, he has
worked with primary care physicians to establish Internet-based wellness programs, and for
the last two years has computerized the NIH Clinical Guidelines on the Identification,
Evaluation, and Treatment of Overweight and Obesity in Adults as well as other Internet
applications for Health Mobius. Mr. Haddad is the Chairman of the Board of Directors
for Health Mobius.

Robert Mutterperl, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Robert Mutterperl, a Co-Founder of Health Mobius, is a rare breed of doctors
with a keen business sense with an extensive background in managed care, both on the provider
side as well corporately, where he served as Medical Director of Traveler's Managed
Care Unit and advisor to CNN/Epiqual and Navistar Ohio's Preferred Provider Contract Project.
He has served as the President of the Medical Staff at Grant Hospital of Chicago, Medical
Advisor to Grant Hospital/Whittaker HMO Joint Venture and Chairman of the Department of
Medicine at Resurrection Hospital in addition to being the Clinical instructor of Medicine
at the University of Chicago and at Rush Medical College. Dr. Mutterperl is the Founder of
the Grant Hospital IPA, Medical Director at Grant Hospital and President of the Board
of Directors.

Ron Dedic
Chief Financial Officer
Ron Dedic has been a high profile senior executive for 27 years for healthcare
providers and a managed care company, providing him with exposure to both sides of the reimbursement
equation. Mr. Dedic's career includes being Chief Operating Officer for Bariatric Treatment
Centers of America, President/CEO of Northwest Suburban Community Hospital, and Executive
V.P at Colombia Michael Reese Hospital, Healthstar, Inc. as well as Chief Financial Officer at
Resurrection Health Care Corp. He possesses extensive knowledge of finance related to
the healthcare industry.

James A. Paglia
Chief Marketing Officer
James A. Paglia established himself as leading marketing communications
expert through a variety of management positions with global advertising and PR firms. In 1986,
he set off to create his own highly successful, integrated marketing communications firm,
which he built into a $50MM company. In 1995 he launched the next generation of service
firm, In's & Out's, Inc., a "virtual" brand consulting firm. In's & Out's works
on highly challenging, short term assignments that use freelance help, subcontractors, and
an extensive list of contractors around the world. His function is to oversea the marketing,
positioning, corporate image and development of a brand identity for Health Mobius.
