Please note:
Health Mobius provides doctors and their patients with a Medical
Weight Management Program based on NIH consensus guidelines.
The program is available directly from their physician's Web
site. The patient initiates enrollment by completing an on-line
medical history, a dietary and a lifestyle assessment. The
doctor adds a complete physical examination and lab tests
based on protocols developed from NIH guidelines and suggestions
from the Health Mobius medical advisory board. The program
produces a customized treatment plan based on medical history,
physical examination results, dietary analysis, weight loss
goals and laboratory results.
Currently we have a limited number of physicians approved
for our program and expect to make it available to thousands
of doctors nationwide during 2003. While the Health Mobius
Medical Weight Management Program is available only through
approved physicians for our program for use by their patients,
you are free to use the health content and tools available
on our site. Health Mobius does not provide Medical Weight
Management services direct to patients.
